While this seems to be a difficult process, the growing popularity of laptop computers has made it much easily set up computers on the road is getting ever simpler. Basically, the time has come for casual gamers to enjoy with their friends.

This is a nice summary of a LAN party, Sarassaris. Good point about gaming laptops making LAN parties easier to set up.
Have you ever heard of 6 Hour Power? I work for them and happy to say it's an energy shot that provides long-lasting extreme energy without the dreaded crash that some other energy drinks have. It doesn't have any calories or sugar, so it makes a great choice as a drink for LAN party-goers. It comes in 5 flavors too.
Check them out at http://www.6hrpower.com/
Feel free to contact me back if you have any questions or would like to hear more info. I hope you don't mind me commenting on your blog, by the way. Energy drinks are useful for LAN parties.
